What You’ll Do:

  • Booking in clients to benefit from our services and liaising with referrers.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day running of the Dress for Success boutique, including a team of dedicated volunteers, dealing with clothing stock and donations for dressings.
  • Overseeing operations for our retail store Rosy, and regular clothing sale events.
  • Telling the story of Dress for Success Hamilton, whether it be through client stories, event promotions, calls for action for funding and donations through our social media channels.
  • Performing general office administration.

About You: You bring a “can-do” attitude, thrive in a small team, and can work with people from all walks of life. With excellent customer service, business operations, and communication skills, you’re eager to make a meaningful impact. You’ll also have experience (or a willingness to learn) in grant writing, managing volunteers, and running a retail space.

Why Join Us? Dress for Success Hamilton is a local charity with a global network, focused on empowering Waikato women through our services. With ambitions to grow our visibility and reach, we’re looking for someone who shares our vision of a world where women live with dignity, respect, and economic independence.
