About us

PGF Services is a national gambling harm support service in Aotearoa. We provide free, professional, and confidential counselling to anyone impacted by gambling harm and integrate this with a strong health promotion programme in communities.

Starting from a small telephone counselling service over 25 years ago, the organisation has evolved into a national provider, with a fully integrated Hua Oranga Māori model of care and a public health programme that works alongside counsellors.  We are culturally diverse and support autonomous Pacific and Asian services delivering culturally and linguistically appropriate gambling counselling and public health support.

PGF Services is committed to preventing and reducing gambling harm for all tāngata in Aotearoa with integrity, mana and innovative solutions.

Kia Mana Te Kupu, Kia Mana Te Tāngata, Kia Mana Te Mokopuna
