Job Description

Are you part of the Rainbow community? Do you like administrative tasks and keeping whānau on track and accountable? Are you good at organising and helping others? Can you run a tight ship and have a love for giving back?

If you answered YES to ANY of these questions or ALL of them or SOME of them, then OutLine may just be the place for you!

We are looking for someone to join us as our Office Coordinator. You will need to be a quick learner and enjoy a work environment where no two days are ever the same. You need to be willing to help out when required and to work autonomously with very little oversight. This is a high trust role which means you are happy to be left to do your mahi to ensure we are all on the same page and working to the best of our abilities. This role is administrative but it also has heaps of flexibility.

We would like someone who is confident, hard working, kind and fun to join our whānau. This mahi sometimes involves events which means occasionally you might be required to travel and to assist in the events space. You will work closely with the CEO and Operations Manager to ensure everyone is supported in the best way possible so that our mahi flows seamlessly.

If you think this could be you PLEASE apply we would love to hear from you. The role is completely flexible for the right person and we take huge pride in our commitment to kaimahi wellbeing. We look forward to hearing from you.
