Job Description

The Opportunity

Join our dedicated Community Services team as a Senior Administrator. In this pivotal role, you contribute significantly to our mission of preventing and aiding stroke recovery by supporting our community teams.  Working closely with General Manager Community Services, the wider Community Services division and other key stakeholders, you will play a crucial part in the effective and efficient administration of our front line services.

About You

We are looking for a highly experienced administration, who is passionate about our cause and has a genuine desire to help and empower others.  Your ability to self-manage, prioritise tasks and be adaptable to other people’s needs will be instrumental in supporting our Community Services team.

To be considered for this role it is essential that you are:

  • experienced in senior administration roles,
  • a great communicator,
  • an expert using Microsoft Suite and administrating CRM databases,
  • able to work independently as well as part of a wider team.

Preferred applicants will be Wellington based, with hybrid working options available.  We are open to applicants located in other parts of New Zealand.  This role requires the applicant to be currently eligible to work within New Zealand.
