Association which supports child-focused programmes and advocacy in more than 120
countries around the world. SCNZ implements a portfolio of development projects across

The role:

The Donor Support and Engagement Administrator is a crucial role, reporting to the
Individual Giving Manager as part of the Philanthropy and Engagement Team. You will
assist with day-to-day data entry tasks and assist the Database Manager with processing
donations, as well as being the first point of contact for all donors via phone, mail and email.
This role would suit an energetic and enthusiastic self-starter who thrives in a team
environment and loves taking initiative.

You will need the following:

  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role or transferable skills from customer
    service/telemarketing
  • A high level of accuracy in data entry and attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, especially regarding writing formulas
  • Excellent time and task management with the ability to manage deadlines effectively
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively across teams
