Supporting Tāngata Whaiora (clients) and Whānau who are experiencing Mental Health, Addictions and Homelessness.

These gives purpose to our mahi, keep us accountable and support everything we do to support Whanau.

We have had internal promotions and kaimahi have moved onto a new journey, so we're excited to be recruiting into this team. 

Our residential team support whanau in a supported residential setting. The 24/7 rosters ensure that our people have support all day every day. Whaiora lead a recovery focused life, attending day programmes, which offer all types of life enhancing groups.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have skills and experience working with whanau with lived experience 
  • Have Mental Health and Wellbeing Level 4 or higher qualification.
  • Hold a clean, current full drivers' licence is an essential requirement.
  • Be a team player, who supports all staff and will model our values and commitment to Whaiora.
  • Committed to strength-based and solution-focused support for whanau.
  • Good understanding of supportive residential practices and procedures
  • High IT capability - Recordbase, ECA and Microsoft applications
  • A strong understanding of cultural diversity specifically our commitment to Māori and Pasifika
  • Te Tiriti o Waitangi & Equitable outcome awareness.
  • Committed to equity for our Whaiora and Whanau.

Our rosters are 24/7 Monday-Sunday - Morning, Afternoon, Wake-over shifts.
