Job Description

Our talent team in New Zealand are looking for a recruitment coordinator to join us! 

 We are a close-knit team who are part of a wider global recruitment group, working hard to support our portfolios and solve recruitment challenges for our stakeholders.  

Working across our New Zealand and Australian businesses, you’ll be directly supporting the recruitment team with the end-to-end recruitment cycle, helping us continue to recruit at pace while giving our internal stakeholders and candidates an awesome experience!

 

What your day will look like:  

  • Organising interviews with hiring managers, candidates and third-party suppliers.
  • Administering our technical and psychometric tests.
  • Assisting with high volume recruitment including helping run our graduate assessment centres.
  • Ensuring our in-house recruitment system is accurate and up to date as well as ensuring invoices are processed in a timely manner. 
  • Participating in global talent acquisition and HR initiatives and getting involved in our recruitment focused projects.

This role could be a great stepping-stone further down the track into a Recruitment Advisor role as you will be exposed to all aspects of internal recruitment!

 

What you will bring to the role: 

  • We are ideally looking for someone who has provided admin support to a busy recruitment team (inhouse or agency) but if you have worked in other admin or coordinator roles in similar environments, we are still keen to hear from you!
  • You are organised, proactive, resilient and be able to hand high volumes of recruitment.
  • You’ll love working in a team, be committed to providing excellent service, and be driven to deliver awesome results for our business.
  •  Have a collaborative style in the way you work, consultative approach, be solutions focused and quickly develop trust with our stakeholders.
  • You’ll possess the ability to quickly pick up new systems, technologies, and processes.
