MASH Trust is a leading provider of support services for people with disabilities, mental health conditions, alcohol and addiction struggles, and youth respite care. We support people in their own homes, within MASH Homes and in the community.
MASH Operates throughout the lower North Island in Wellington, Kapiti, Horowhenua, Palmerston North, and Hawkes Bay with over 550 staff and volunteers.

The hours:
This position is an 80 hour per fortnight role.

Working internally with others and externally with communities on continuous service improvement across the diverse range of healthcare and support services we provide

Based in Palmerston North and reporting to the National Manager the Service Manager role is all about ensuring the delivery of high-quality support and services to those in our care who need disability, mental health, or addiction support in our care or, out in the community, to enable them to live good lives.
Based in Palmerston North the Service Manager – Disability Community is a key operationally focussed role in our various service and support functions. If you want a busy role that is a mix of service design, delivery, development, and improvement this job could be for you.
