What we're looking for:

• Nursing registration with a current NZ Annual Practicing Certificate
• Nursing experience and expertise in Diabetes (including cardiovascular) care and management
• Knowledge of Primary Care
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Full and clean driver's license
