We are a community hub offering practical support for women and non-binary individuals through counselling, group events, workshops, sharing food together and access to our social worker. We’re often a vital first step for people looking to feel heard, supported, and empowered.
The Centre is a safe, welcoming and inclusive space where people can connect, access resources and get support.
Our activities and services are designed to reduce social isolation, build skills, and strengthen support networks—regardless of background or circumstance.
At the heart of what we do are the values of empowerment, education, connection, and wellbeing.
Our services are available on: Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday from 9am-3pm.
We welcome visitors and drop ins during this time. Outside of this time our counselling, food support and social work services are available by appointment, and our workshops are scheduled through out the week including evenings and weekends.
