Growing Point is a small dynamic team with a deep commitment to growing soil, food and community at Dignan Street Community Garden in Point Chevalier, Tāmaki Makaurau. We are a verified Soil Food Web Laboratory and we’re in our second year of Hua parakore verification. Our focus is on regeneration, education and innovation, working with nature to regenerate soil health, rebuild biodiversity and mitigate climate change. Our goal is to amplify the innovations, practices and data collection at the garden to contribute to elevating the regenerative horticulture movement collectively in Aotearoa.
We are committed to supporting indigenous gardening initiatives and building connections with mana whenua and tangata whenua.
