We partner with others who are working in a variety of ways to improve New Zealand’s homes and neighbourhoods. We bring a deep understanding of New Zealand’s residential built environment and the challenges and opportunities that need to be addressed so everyone in Aotearoa has access to a comfortable, healthy and efficient home. We specialise in applied research and analysis to inform system change.
We have experience working with central and local government, builders and developers, designers, industry bodies, community organisations, educators, other research organisations, and the finance sector.
