The West Auckland Resource Centre (WARC) was set up in 1977 by a group of like-minded people concerned at the large amounts of valuable materials being dumped in landfills, when they could be reused and repurposed.
We are a community led charity run by amazing volunteers. Our centre is based in the suburb of New Lynn in Auckland, and is open for the public to collect and repurpose resources.
