We are a charitable trust whose purpose is to accelerate local action for our fresh water. We are working together to empower communities to understand their water, their environment, and their impact so that we can achieve our common goals for healthy ecosystems and community wellbeing.
We started as a group of passionate volunteers in 2016 and are now a bustling workplace of more than 15 people. All of us care deeply about the work we do, collaborating and connecting with others and contributing to our larger WAI vision.
People are central to us achieving our vision, we care deeply about our people and promote good wellbeing and work life balances – offering flexibility in work schedules and work from home opportunities to suit family and personal commitments and enable time for enjoyment of the many outdoor activities that the Upper Clutha provides.
