Addison Residents Society represents the 1145 home owners in the Addison Development (with more homes being built this year).
We are bound by Covenants and have a regulatory role in the Society to ensure community cohesion, offer advice and support and take action where needed for residents.
Addison is located in Takanini and is a mixture of single family homes and townhouses and approximately 60% are owner-occupied and 40% are homes that are rented.
We are active with other community groups, business groups, Local Board and Auckland Council.
