The NZ Dairy Workers Union - Te Runanga Wai U (DWU) is a strong, well-resourced, and established Trade Union representing over 8,500 workers in the Aotearoa New Zealand dairy processing industry. We have high levels of membership in some of the largest businesses in the dairy sector and provide a range of services to our members from employment advice and advocacy through to individual welfare and benefit programmes.
