Legal Landscape is a free website that explains New Zealand law in plain language for migrants, international students and temporary workers, in six languages, and points people to the free help that already exists. It provides legal information, not legal advice.

It has been running since November 2025 and reaches about 93 people per day. It carries no advertising, requires no account, takes no revenue, and does not sell anything about the people who use it.

It is being established as a charitable trust and is not yet incorporated or registered with Charities Services. A national law firm is acting pro bono on the formation and registration. It was built and is run by its founder, and it is recruiting its first board.
