LifeLinks, a division of Compensation Advisory Services Ltd (CAS), delivers Disability Support Services to individuals aged 0–65 years who have intellectual, physical, sensory, or neurological disabilities, including those with complex or multiple needs, and provides support to their families, whānau, aiga, and caregivers across Canterbury, South Canterbury, and the West Coast.

 

CAS also operates the National Referral Centre, responsible for receiving, screening, and responding to referrals for Disability Support Services (DSS) Needs Assessment Service Coordination (NASC) nationwide.

 

Additionally, CAS manages the Forensic Coordination Service – Intellectual Disability, which coordinates the safe management of tāngata whaikaha under the High and Complex Framework.
