Project Employ is an Auckland-based charity supporting neurodiverse young adults to become work-ready, and gain meaningful, paid employment.

Hospitality and employability skills are developed through work experience and individualised programmes in our two training cafes, Flourish Cafe., supported by Job Coaches.

Our employment team then works with PE Graduates and local employers to promote employment/recruitment success.

As a non-government funded charity we are reliant on grants, donations, and volunteers.
