Dress for Success Palmerston North is part of a worldwide network helping women into employment and with significant life events by providing styling, workplace clothing, coaching and support. Services are free to eligible clients.
Launched in 2022, DFS Palmerston North moved to its current premises two years ago where it also runs a recycled clothing boutique to help raise funds for its client styling service. All clothing is donated by our community and we hold a large stock of work-suitable clothing inn our styling wardrobe, while other donations that are more casual go into the shop for resale.
Our services are run by volunteers and are supported by one, part time, operations support person.
