Kilbirnie Lyall Bay Community Centre

KLBCC has been located at the Bay Road complex in Kilbirnie since 1992. The building is owned and managed by Wellington City Council and was opened by Councillor Ruth Gotlieb on 21st of November 1992. 

Vision - A diverse and vibrant community which promotes well-being and where everyone is able to participate and socialise in a safe and respectful environment.

Mission - To support community well-being and to provide services and facilities which enable diverse groups to participate and socialise in a safe and respectful environment.
