Dwell Housing Trust provides affordable, quality homes to hundreds of people in the Wellington region. We aim to be "more than a landlord", enabling our tenants to live well, be well and do well. Dwell is part of a network of community housing providers helping those whose needs are not being met by state housing and who struggle with high market rents.
