The Delicious Revolution is a transformative initiative at the forefront of urban and regenerative agriculture in Auckland, New Zealand. Rooted in sustainability and community empowerment, we aim to revolutionize food systems, nurture resilient communities, and inspire urban areas to embrace a greener, more equitable future.

Mission

We are dedicated to reshaping urban landscapes into thriving ecosystems that provide sustainable, locally grown food while fostering education, leadership, and collaboration. By integrating regenerative practices, we create solutions for climate resilience, food security, and community well-being.

Our Current Projects

  1. Urban Micro Farm in Central Auckland

    • A regenerative organic micro farm feeding 30 families weekly.
    • Hosts hands-on training programmes to develop future leaders in urban agriculture.
    • Serves as a model for sustainable food systems and a hub for community engagement.
  2. Te Maara Kai o Wirihana (Manurewa High School)

    • A 6500 sqm intergenerational project located on land surrounded by one of South Auckland’s last remaining wetlands.
    • Produces fresh, locally grown food for the school's incredible lunch programme, feeding 2,500 students daily.
    • Engages students and the wider community in sustainable practices and environmental stewardship.
    • Partnering with South Auckland’s largest Decile 1 high school to empower youth and drive systemic change.
