The Personal Advocacy and Safeguarding Adults Trust (PASAT) is a registered charitable trust established in 1967. We work with and alongside adults with care and support needs to support their expression of will and preference and decision making and promote and protect their wellbeing and rights. Our Mission has three key elements: support, advocate, and encourage independence.
