Our vision is for people's lives to be enriched by experiencing the wild places of Aotearoa New Zealand

Our Mission is to enable and empower communities to restore, maintain and enhance our backcountry huts and tracks, as a living heritage, for the benefit of all.

To date our work has funded the restoration of over 1,500 tracks and 1,500km of trail on public conservation land, ensuring these wild places remain accessible and enjoyable to all.
