Te Pū Harakeke—Community Collective Manawatū (TPH) exists to support, empower, and advocate for social services and community groups in Palmerston North and the Manawatū. Our vision is to see a strong, vibrant, and connected community sector in the region.
TPH is an Incorporated Society with a membership of more than 110 community groups, social service agencies, and similar organisations who are focused on people and community.
We work closely with key partners like the Palmerston North City Council to provide capability and capacity-building programmes to support local community groups, manage the daily operations of Hancock Community House, and administer community funding.
